"The food 0/10 there was no variety, they were not always waiting to help you and the air in the room that touched me did not serve it was very hot, it is large and has many pools but the drinks and the food were not what I expected"

"The bathroom was not very clean. There was mold in the windows and ants all over the counter. Our ac didn't work and since we actually missed a day of our reservation because of our cancelled flight, I was pretty much over it."
