This place is absolutely fabulous! The staff is above and beyond! They cater to your every need or questions! And if you want local recommendations for excursions or restaurants they are on top of it! Victor, Efran, Nora, John Paul, & entire staff were so gracious and accommodating the entire stay! Relaxing, friendly, quiet, and modern beach vibes! I can't wait to stay here again. I highly recommend! 10/10 5 stars!

The staff is exceptional here, really nice and very accommodating to your needs. Only suggestion I have is they should put small TVs in the rooms, as of now no TVs.

We actually decided to not include TVs in our rooms on purpose, in hopes that our guests would spend their time more so enjoying their vacation and less time "connected". We do have our pool bar TVs for any sports or the morning news, and of course high speed wifi in case you need to catch something on ipad or computer. From the moment I arrived after a tiring motorcycle ride, I was welcomed with nothing but smiles. Both from the lovely receptionist to the cleaning staff who made every effort possible to make my stay a great one. I particularly enjoyed my conversations with Nora (the owner) she is extremely personable and made every effort to ensure my stay was the best it could be. As for room and grounds they were all top notch you’d expect from a 5 star. The king size bed was very comfortable all fixtures are very modern and the walk-in/handicap shower included a rain style with option spray wand. Also extremely clean with perfect hot water. Mini fridge, Keurig, coffee maker, small working desk all made the room even better. Now to mention the pool and hot tub, perfect size for groups surrounded by the perfect amount of chairs and covered recliners which were all very clean and well maintained. Parking is not gated but Nora an John spent no expense to instal many outside lights and security cameras. In fact upon checking in I was told I could park on the concrete slab near the lobby entrance both under lights and cameras so I never had to worry about theft. All in all I had a very enjoyable stay, I personally have spent much time at the higher rated/cost hotels but never a better experience from a staff who is so devoted to ensure your happy and content I highly, highly recommend!!! So the property was absolutely amazing , clean , the rooms were beautiful, bigger than expected. The area around the property wasn't bad but not ideal for our activities, Bodagoes restraunt was top notch food , Manny's club was 3 minutes walking, but... If you have kids there isn't anything to do , the beach near Manny's bar is so so.. if you want more of the beach experience go with another resort in the more of the resort area , but if you want safe gated area controlled by the staff use this hotel it's peaceful in the resorts area gated area!

Beautiful nearly new boutique hotel. While small, the amenities make you feel as if you are at a 5 star property. Excellent staff. Only suggestion is to remove the rug. Dangerous. We will definitely return.

Very Happy with The Cove
I booked The Cove for a two night stay to attend a friend's wedding. When I checked-in I was pleasently surprised by The Cove, staff was friendly and rooms were amazing. Even had the opportunity to meet the owner and guy was as nice as can be. The fact it was adult-only made this stay very relaxing. I would definitely stay again.

The good news; it's a newer property, the pool, spa, pool chairs and pool surround is lovely and new. It's very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. Not so good news; it's not near much of anything, the surrounding area is mostly dirt, the room is very small, no TV, one tiny chair at a tiny desk. The bathroom is huge, but the flooring throughout is super slippery when it's wet. I'm old, and don't need that kind of scary footing. I wish it was a better report, as the staff is lovely.

This place is sincerely great! They went above and beyond for our stay. We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday and they were fantastic about decorating our room. We already booked again for October. All the staff was exceptional and excellent.

Hello Kimberly. We would love to connect on your review and the comments. Our hotel doesn’t offer a full restaurant, but we do offer a breakfast option and food deliver options for full meals. Our spa not sure if you meant the hot tub? The hot tub is sitting at 102 degrees, so not sure what was meant. Our bar is open between the hours of 10 am and 10 pm, but not sure what specifically you might have been looking for. Reach out to us if you could so that we could find out how to better meet any future needs. Thank you!

You are correct, our intention is to have guests spend more time enjoying vacation and outside of their guest room, which is why we didn't add TVs to rooms. We do have TVs at our pool & jacuzzi bar for special events or if you need that morning news. Keep in mind we do have high speed wifi in case you need to bring a ipad or anything. The Owners and staff went above and beyond to make sure you had a great experience. They gave recommendations of places to eat, drink and go out. They knew us by name from the moment we showed up and checked on us often to see if we needed anything while in the pool. The also had 24 hour surveillance and had a trusted driver to take us to and from places. We had a great time!
