atypique mais très sympa
Super hôtel atypique avec des propriétaires très sympa super resto de viande à côté la marca ou on peut aller à pied idem pour la plage
Dommage que les chambres familiales n ai pas de vie mais vous pourrez en profiter au super petit déjeuner

La haut sur la colline
Hotel à flanc de colline.

Arrivée surprenante par une petite route très raide. Accueil tres symphatique.
Chambre calme de belle dimension.
Excellente literie.
Pas d'ascenseur pour les chambres en étage.

Muy buena estadía
El hotel cumple con todas las condiciones, está bien ubicado, personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar, habitación bien calefaccionada, camas cómodas, ofrecen once en la habitación con cargo extra lo cual es excelente para no salir , (sobretodo luego del relajo del hot tub).
Podrían mejorar ofreciendo algo más en el desayuno, aunque es bastante completo, podrían agregar kuchen (tipico de la zona), y el frosting es muy pesado en los cupcakes, podrían hacer una variación en ese punto.
Al entrar en una parte de la habitación se siente algo de olor a humedad, es leve, pero podrían ver ese tema, porque lo demás todo espectacular.

El hotel es malo.
El hotel es básico, no hay buena aislación para el ruido, se escuchan los sonidos del baño de la pieza lateral, las camas son muy duras. Por la calidad del hotel el precio debería ser menor.

Nivel de Hostal, atención deficiente.
Mas que nivel de hotel me parece que tiene de Hostal, o de un Hotel de 1 o 2 estrellas. Llegue con mi familia al final del día 9:15 p.m., luego de conducir varias horas, la atención de la recepcionista fue deficiente y con muy poca disposición de apoyo... le solicité que conectaran la TV del cuarto pues estaban todos los cables sueltos y no lo hicieron por lo que no la pudimos usar... No habían toallas y tuve que reclamar enfaticamente para que las pusieran, la caja de seguridad estaba cerrada, etc... No regresaría.
No puedo dejar de mencionar, que al día siguiente la labor de la nueva recepcionista de la mañana siguiente fue destacable, muy atenta y dispuesta a apoyarnos en todo, inclusive conectó la TV.

Deben mejorar detalles
Estuvimos dos noches, lo positivo: buena limpieza de las habitaciones, las mismas son grandes y cómodas, amabilidad del personal, buena vista desde el comedor, desayuno correcto.
Lo negativo: llegamos a las 17:00 hrs, no había toallas, tv malo, teléfono para comunicarse con recepción (era en realidad un citófono) malo. Avisamos en recepción y estuvo un señor muy amable más de media hora tratando de arreglar la tv, como no podíamos ducharnos tampoco al final salimos a comer algo, y al volver ya la tv estaba ok. Por otro lado, no había secador en la habitación y cuando lo solicité me dijeron que revisara bien, insistí en que no había y ahí recién me pasaron uno. Además la ducha teléfono funcionaba bien solamente cuando uno la sacaba del soporte, no se mantenía bien en posición, lo que resultó incómodo para ducharse.
Sugerencias: revisar detalles como los mencionados anteriormente ya que hacen la diferencia entre volver o no a un hotel. El desayuno en general bien pero con poca variedad de fruta.
Tener un frigobar en la habitación da un plus.

Is a small boutique hotel, with an excellent personalized service that is continually worried to provide the best customer experience. I would say is a hotel with so much attention in every single detail, no matter how small it is, is important anyway.
