El hotel exelente. Pero realice la reserva con hoteles.com los llame para y les pregunte si podia pagar con tj de credito rn el hotel y me informaron q si . Y en el momento de abonar era con tranferrncia bancaria o efectivo. La info que me pasoron los de hoteles.com fue muy mala

La mejor opcion!
Estuvimos 5 noches alojados con mi pareja, el complejo es muy cómodo, con instalaciones bien cuidadas, cochera privada para el auto. El personal siempre fue amable, y estuvo disponible a todo momento para cualquier consulta. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y la vista increible. Muy conforme, volveria a ir, lo recomiendo 100%

EN FAMILIA VISITANDO BALLENAS
La atención de lo mejor, por el vuelo llegamos antes y nos fuimos despues del horario acordado, y nos permitieron ingresar como quedarnos.
A pesar del mal clima pudimos usar la pileta climatizada, buenisimo, la ubicación como la vista al mar muy linda.
Todos los días cambio toallas y limpieza.
Super recomendable.
Volveremos otro año y en verano, quedó mucho por ver

Práctico . Perfecta ubicacion
Perfecto . Muy buena relación costo calidad . Cerca de todo , vista al mar ,cerca del muelle y los mejores restaurantes . Hermosas ,luminosas y espaciosas habitaciones . Lo único que le faltaría son algunos detalles de limpieza en palieres y pasillos . Personal.super amable . Piscina climatizada perfecta .

El hotel estuvo bien, sin embargo en el piso superior tocaron pasajeros 4 o 5 niños pequeños mas adultos los cuales hacian bastante ruido, corrian sillas, saltaban y hablaban fuerte, esto se escuchaba en el dormitorio donde intentaba descansar. El ruido hubo que tolerarlo hasta las 23 hrs por dos dias.
En relación a lo anterior quise poner en antecedentes al personal del hotel para hacer algo al respecto, pero lamentablemente al parecer en recepción se habian retirado. Asi que el segundo día de ruido no quedo mas que tener paciencia.

Es handelt sich nicht um eine Hotelanlage,sondern um einen Komplex mit privaten Appartemenrs.Die Anlage ist schlecht zu finden,da ein hohes verschlossenes Tor mit einem klitzekleinen Schild "Terrazas del Mar" nur auf die Anlage hinweist.Ohne Hilfe kann man nicht in die Anlage.Derjenige,der sich zwischenzeitlich um die Appartements kümmert,spricht nur rasantschnelles Argentinisch,so dass ich mit einigermaßen guten Spanischkenntnissen Schwierigkeiten hatte.Die Appartements sind recht ordentlich eingerichtet und eignen sich gut für Langzeiturlaub.Ich würde jedoch ein Hotel,ein B&B oder Hotelappartements mit Rezeption vorziehen,da man sich nur telefonisch an jemanden wenden kann,falls Fragen auftauchen.
