We wanted a base in Puerto Iguazu and this ticked all the boxes. Easy to get taxis from the front of the hotel. The hotel rooms and bathrooms were very spacious.

It was far away from the shopping and restaurants area and the only option was to have dinner at the hotel . Tte rooms were large and beautiful sorrounded by well maintained gardens

It was carnival time so we heard the drums into the night, too bad we didn't go see the fun. Restaurant was beautiful and the Gin N Tonic was delicious. Only concern was our lack of language. Staff was very kind to hnot laugh at our attempts in spanush. The resort was somewhat farther than i would have liketo walk downtown.

The hotel is located in the middle of a jungle reserve, please be aware of this. You are likely to find bugs, and other animals in the surrounding area, so better be prepared. WiFi did not work most of the time, and this was a major downside. The hotel is a bit far from the main town and the from the airport, so be prepared and either rent a car, or have cash for taxis, you will need them. The pool is very nice, however the bar closes early. Dining and breakfast options are limited.

The location is perfect, very well situated with everything nearby. However, the staff's service is disappointing. On several occasions, they refused to assist or were noticeably unhelpful, which made the experience uncomfortable. It's a shame, because the place has great potential if they improved their customer service. The buffet was always the same for breakfast.

Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel overall. About a 15-20 minute walk to downtown. The rooms are clean and spacious. The only thing I did not care for was the pillows.

The hotel is like a resort with pool and tennis courts. The room is spacious and has just been renovated. Wi-Fi in room is spotty. There are stores and a restaurant across the street.

First time in Iguazu

We were pleased with the choice of hotel. It is difficult when you’ve not been to a location to select a hotel. We were looking for a place that would be geographically convenient, clean, and sufficiently large to be known in the area. There is a hotel restaurant (a feature we wanted as our arrival was late on the first night). Food was good. This was also the location for the breakfast buffet which was good. We believe we received good value for the room rate.

The property is much more dated than the pictures represent. I found this to be the case in most hotels in Argentina. Not as well maintained as I thought when booking the room. Overall it was fine and the room was clean but I did feel the pictures are a misrepresentation.

Disappointment

Outdated resort which needs lot of maintenance. We had a huge mold on the ceiling and very humid air, but it was not possible to change the room. Photos of the resort must be at least 10 years old, because in reality everything looks much more used and older. Restaurant was extremely slow, we ordered food from "minute" list to have it as soon as possible, but we waited 50 minutes (there was only one more table with other people).

Das Zimmer war ganz okay. Jedoch verweigerte eine Dame an der Rezeption eine dringend benötigte Hilfe: sie lehnte ein kurzes Telefonat auf Spanisch fĂŒr eine wichtige Nachfrage im Ort ab. Sie hatte sonst nichts zu tun. Ein Manager war nicht zu sprechen. Ein solches Verhalten ist unterirdisch.

El hotel es agradable, a la orilla del rĂ­o IguazĂș, con vistas al lado brasileño. La habitaciĂłn era amplia y limpia, asĂ­ como el baño. El desayuno bueno pero un poco limitado. Para encontrar un buen lugar para comer hay que caminar unos 20 minutos, aunque hay buses y taxis que pasan al frente. El hotel estĂĄ muy cerca del punto de las Tres Fronteras. Nos permitieron ocupar la habitaciĂłn un poco antes del horario de check-in..

Fiquei satisfeito com a lugar, devido ao propĂłsito da nossa viagem. PorĂ©m pelo status de resort, nĂŁo tinha amenidades suficientes. NĂŁo tinha bolas de tĂȘnis por exemplo; pode-se considerar que tem apenas uma quadra de tĂȘnis, a outra Ă© pequena. CafĂ© da manhĂŁ ok. Área verde legal. Quarto bem confortĂĄvel, mas podia estar mais limpo. Roupa de cama podia ser melhor, estava manchada. Toalhas podiam ser melhores, cheiro esquisito. Ponto positivo Ă© a piscina. Localização Ă© outro ponto positivo pra quem estĂĄ de carro. Atendimento cortĂȘs e simpĂĄtico, porĂ©m apenas espanhol. Fomos em alta temporada, achei o preço alto pelo que entregou.
