This comfortable apartment is an excellent value. The bedroom appeared to have been recently renovated and had a very comfortable king bed. Air conditioning in the bedroom allowed for restful sleeps even with 37C days during our stay. We didn’t use the televisions but there were two, in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped although our stay was too short to do our own cooking other than coffee in the morning. The bathroom was fine although is not up to the same standard as the rest of the apartment. Check-in and check-out were easy. We were met at arrival by Juan Pablo who was a wonderful host that took time to advise us about the apartment, town, attractions and transportation. He helped us with an itinerary and stored our bags on our departure day so we could explore.

The property is more of an apartment than a hotel, so no hotel amenities. The room (living room and bedroom) was clean, the manager (or owner) Juan was nice and very helpful. I think it's a decent value for the price, but be aware that there's no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom (just the shower). It's on a business street with stores below.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Marin Apartments! The apartment was stylish, comfortable and clean and near lively bars and restaurants. The neighborhood was a little worn, but we don't require fancy surroundings. The BEST thing about the Marin Apartments was the communication and assistance we received from Juan Pablo, the manager. Prior to the stay, he gave us information about getting to the apartment from the airport, gave pricing and even booked a private car for us. Very helpful. A few days before we arrived, I had lost my cell phone which was how I would contact him upon arrival. He was able to work with my emergency communication plans even though it was extra work for him. Because of this, check in was a breeze. Juan Pablo spent extra time going over a map that showed us everywhere we might want to go during our stay, the bus stop, the grocery store, restaurants, etc. Then he explained the locks and made sure we knew how to get in and out. Honestly, he just couldn't have been nicer, and we felt really comfortable in our new space for the next couple of nights. We would not hesitate to book the Marin Apartments again if we were going to be in Puerto Iguazu!

A great place to stay
The apartment is in very good condition, equipped with everything we need, clean and comfortable. The property manager is very helpful and gave us a lot of useful local information. Wifi is good too. We had a great stay there!

The perfect stay in Iguazu!
An amazing stay at one of the best private condos I have ever visited. Perfect location. Juan is one of the friendliest hosts I have ever dealt with. Great communication and advice. Condo is exactly as shown. Great wifi. Hot water. Location is perfect. Do not hesitate on booking here. If I could give it a 20 star rating I would! PS I am not easily impressed but was blown away by the whole stay!

Very Helpful Host!
Marin Apartments are very close to the bus station for going to the falls. The host, Juan Pablo, is excellent. Contactable throughout your stay on WhatsApp and provider of useful information on arrival and throughout your stay. There is no lift but Juan Pablo carries up/down your cases for you. The apartment is well laid out with some stylish touches and Netflix. It's not 5* accommodation but it's not a 5* price and makes for a very enjoyable base to visit the Iguazu Falls.

Way better than the pictures show!
The pictures of this apartment don't do it justice. It is extremely clean, all the furniture is new and comfortable and it has all the amenities you could ask for (nice pots and pans, microwave, oven, etc)...even Netflix! Juan, the owner, met us at the apartment and took a ton of time to tell us about the town and give us advice on visiting Iguazu Falls. It is walking distance from the grocery store, bars, restaurants, and main bus station, which was really convenient. The only slight negative, and you will read this in other reviews, is that the neighbors across from the apartment have a bunch of dogs that bark constantly! We wore ear plugs at night to drown out the noise and it was fine. Other than that, our stay was perfect and we would stay there again!

Amazing place with all amenities provided. Living room is very chic and the host is Super Super helpful! Just side note that there’s no elevator, so if you have a lot luggage dp request for lower floors

Good apartment...bad dogs
Lovely owner, basic, clean accommodation well located. Comfortable bed and felt safe. BUT...woken every night by packs of stray barking, howling dogs outside that barked for hours. If you can sleep through anything then a great place. Good value

The apartment was Spotless and spacious. TV in each room with Netflix . Please note there is no elevator so pack light. Juan, the apartment manager was wonderful carrying our luggage up the apartment. The apartment is close to nightlife and restaurants. Juan is very knowledgeable about the area and respond within minutes to basically any question u have.

Juan Pablo went above and beyond providing information about Iguazu and answering all of our questions about visiting the Falls. He was prompt in communication before and during our stay and was there to greet us and check us in when we arrived. The apartment was peaceful, nicely decorated, and conveniently located.

Host was nice enough although it seems he was a bit impatient on the questions( it’s better instead of giving a routine information flow- which can be googled -it would be better to address guests questions ) He did help with our luggage and was very efficient with communication and was punctual.

Good host, excellent value for money
Juan was in touch with us soon after the booking and answered any questions we had while giving us information about the arrival. He took very good care and met us at the door. The apartment has all facilities for a comfortable stay for 2 persons for a short visit. Area is quiet and safe. Close to restaurants, bus station for going to the falls. Juan is extremely helpful and takes care of any help needed promptly. We enjoyed our stay in Puerto Iguazu very much.

Juan was a great host. Replied quickly and was very helpful. The apartment was spacious extra large bedroom with wardrobe and drawers. Kitchen fully equipped. Internet fast. Air conditioning great. Only a few minutes to shops restaurant and buses. Highly recommended.

Excellent place to stay in Iguazu!
The apartment was amazing! This is a two bedroom, one bath, with living room, dining room, and kitchen. Juan Pablo was an excellent host. He met us at the front door, helped bring our bags in, oriented us to the property and gave us suggestions on where to eat for dinner and breakfast. There was a surprising amount of traffic and dog noise at night. Bring earplugs to sleep! We will definitely stay there again when we return to Iguazu.

Great apartment and host
Apartment was very well equipped and perfect for a 2 day trip to see the falls. Juan, the host, was excellent - gave us a really good overview at check in and was attentive throughout our stay. He also gave us late check out at no extra cost. Location is 5 min walk from bus station.
