"It took a while to figure out how to work the shower. Once we did, we never got water warm enough to actually shower under. The hotel is okay and the staff were all good. But no hot water in the shower (regardless of time of day) is not okay. "

"Estrutura: Linda, imita Jesuíta e inclusive dentro do hotel tem um museu falando sobre a história, muito verde, manutenção em dia, limpo. Comida: Café da manhã delicioso e restaurante da noite bem renomado ($$ preparar o bolso); Comodidade: Tenho rinite e sinusite e com o quarto não tive nenhum problema respiratório, paredes limpas, sem mofos, ar gelando, banheiro limpo, cama muito confortável; Equipe: Funcionarios ótimos, prestativos e educados, a maioria entende mais de uma língua; Área externa: Muito verde, tem muitas belezas junto a estrutura, piscina limpa, academia com estrutura o suficiente para ser feito o treino e sala de massagem caso tenha interesse com pacotes a partir de 190,00; Outra observação que gostei é que no banheiro conta com um secadorzinho de cabelo, eles disponibilizam adaptador para as tomadas já que a entrada é diferente e gostei muito também que nos disponibilizou ferro (ja fui em hotéis do mesmo nível em que solicitei e não tinha). De modo geral nossa experiência foi 10/10 para o que promete e oferece, é realmente 4 estrelas. Dica: Trocar o dinheiro por peso ou usar cartão internacional e pagar a taxa pois se for pagar em real o cambio é bem abaixo que na casa de câmbio e também, no checkin é necessário pagar uma taxa de turismo para cada hospede que em 3 pessoas deu entre 150-200,00 reais ao todo. "
