Breakfast didn’t include any healthy choices except for fruit. A lot of sweet cookies (not everyone like them!), bread and cheese. I wish there were eggs and some veggies.
But the staff was very helpful and respectful!
The hotel is centrally located in the middle of lots of restaurants and shopping markets. We walked to the bus center and took the bus to the Iguazu cataratas and the airport. It is also a mile walk to the point near the bridge where you can see Brasil, Paraguay while in Argentina.
Basic hotel, next to the main restaurant and bar street and 5 minutes to Bus station. We liked the location, the hotel is under works. The pool is very small and breakfast poor. There is a 2 euro charge for coffee capsules in the room...The personnel is excellent .
Nice and new hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, even with a language barrier. Has a restaurant and bar connected to it. Directly across the street in multiple directions you have many restaurants and shops. Great location with so much easy to walk to. Rooms are stylish and clean. Only thing I wish the check out time was 11am or noon instead of 10am. Staff did hold my luggage since I had several hours before my flight which was a great help. This hotel overall is a gem and I would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family.
Great location steps from multiple classy restaurants with entertainment as well as shops. Staff was friendly and helpful even though our language barrier and even arranged a taxi for me to the airport. I appreciated them using google translate to help. Hotel has a restaurant in its main level and pool on the roof. Rooms are clean, chic and new. Felt it was very comfortable, spacious and safe. In room safe was a little tricky to use at first. WiFi was a little problematic at times. Overall this is a great hotel. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Can easily walk to the bus station for transportation to Brazil, airport or Iguazú Falls
I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed my stay. It is brand-new, the rooms are spacious and clean. Shower is big and water pressure high enough to wash my long thick hair. Aircon is working perfectly (it's new). Breakfast is so delicious, I really loved it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Downstairs in the building is a nice restaurant/café where you can get something to eat and drink till late in the evening. Location is ideal because you have a 24h supermarket around the corner and all restaurants and bars close by to go out in the evening. There's also a taxi stop right in front of the building. Bis terminal is 5min walking.
Cons: Property under very poor condition. The room I stayed had water marks on the ceilings and walls due to humidity and the paint was peeling off.
Sound proof of the room is terrible, you can hear everything from people talking in the hallway and street noises.
Kitchenette was minimal and the fridge does not cool properly.
You cannot take shower after another person and need to wait for a moment otherwise you will get a cold shower.
Foul smell were coming out from washroom’s pipes.
Expect to be charged in cash around $3000 AR pesos per person for Municipality tax.
Limited breakfast choices.
The hotel looks nice from the outside but really needs improvements from inside.
Pool area hours are unclear: Front desk agent stated until 9pm, sign near pool states 8pm and Expedia shows 10pm….
Pros: Bed and pillows were comfortable. Air conditioning is functioning and not loud.
Really modern and clean hotel in a great location. Room was big with lovely comfortable bed and great bathroom.
Breakfast was basic and in a basement room which wasn't so nice. But the food was good enough to fill me up.
The downside was the reception staff, two of whom I dealt with and both not very friendly or helpful. On check in very little information was given. I asked if there was a pool the response was just "yes" with no details given as to where it was etc.
When checking out I was asked if I had used any of the coffee pads. I asked why and was told that there was a charge. I advised that I had used one and believed them to be included given that they were in the room with no note advising they would be charged for or details given on check in that it was the case. If I'd have known that then I'd have used the kettle and the coffee I had! After refusing to pay I was eventually given a lower price and to resolve things I reluctantly paid. I left my bag in the room behind reception and went into the town. On return I asked for my bag but was told not until the cost of the extra coffee pods were paid for as the cleaner had reported three had been used. I completely refuted this claim knowing I'd only used one. I said I need my bag and was refused until I said I need my tablets and took it upon myself to walk into the room myself and get it. Plenty of back and forth then happened until I said I'm not paying and left.
Be aware of the pod charge! They should put a sign up!

Room 104 can use a handyman to fix all the loose stuff on the walls in the bathroom.
First floor room on side of bar Bambu can be noisy, not a negative, just an observation. Would certainly be back but rather get a room higher up and to the other streetside.
Brilliant location right downtown. Free breakfast was lovely. Spacious room, looks just like the pictures. I think they are still building the hotel though.. Construction started very early (around 7am) and woke me up. The water was gone one morning when I went to have a shower and I had to kick up a fuss to get them to turn it back on so I could shower (I think the builders might have needed it off to do work). There was no bin in the room or in the bathroom (which is a little odd as they don’t throw tissue down the toilet in Argentina), so I just had to pile my trash in a corner. No bowls or pots or pans in the kicthen, so a little hard to prepare food. All that is provided is 2x plates, 2x knives & forks, 2x glasses. Would come back though- great value for money.
Big and clean rooms. Location! Location!
They have an excellent Bar, Coffee Shop so good.
The breakfast is included and was excellent. Many things walking distance. Rooftop pool was great for those hot days.
