I texted both available numbers given for any sort of help and was completely ignored. The remotes did not have batteries. "Casa 63 was an amazing stay for us. Very quaint, secluded, quiet, and magical which was perfectly fitting for the charm of San Miguel. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Staff very attentive on WhatsApp messaging answering anytime there was an issue. Rooftop has amazing breakfast every morning. Prime walking location to the best sightseeing in town. Highly recommended and we look forward to staying again soon. Thank you for the hospitality Casa 63!"
