Clean rooms and all areas of the hotel. The staff is friendly. A special shoutout to Rocio, Avelino, Raymundo y Manuel. We had a lovely balcony with view to the ocean that was lovely but with a lot of stairs and no elevator, unfortunately. It was too much for mom after two days of stairs everywhere. There are stairs everywhere: to go to the restaurant, to the bar, to the pool, etc. It is clear to me that the style of the hotel is characteristic of the brand, and it highlights the view to the ocean. But you can only get that kind of (beautiful) effect by having multiple levels at the property. I took my mom to celebrate her 70th birthday and we had a great time; but her knee started bothering her after two days. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet, great to relax. The food is good. The beach is clean but not one you can really swim in because of the high tide.

The location was exceptionally beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Very comfortable rooms. Tremendous amount of meal options. Food was good, but not great.. Property is showing signs of wear and tear. Needs maintenance. Beware of the aggressive sales people pitching the Hyatt Unlimited membership.

Rooms are very good, rest of facilities look old, AC in the room never got to be cool. Maybe I am not for an all inclusive but food was from average to low quality and beach loungers were never available, other guests reserved them with towels from the very early morning, which was annoying. Employees were great especially in the SPA. In the restaurants some employees could be intolerant sometimes, possibly due to they are very busy all the time.
