"La hacienda es muy bonita, los jardines muy bien cuidados. Los cuartos muy grandes y agradables. No me gusta que haya perros por todos lados, no todo tiene que ser pet friendly. Hay gente que sí los educa pero hay otros que no y tampoco los tienen limpios."

"A lovely Holiday Inn. It does not have a Mexican feel but rather an American hotel feel but no complaints about the hotel as everything was spotless, effiicient and the amenities are very nice. Staff were very helpful as well with questions I had about visiting Cuernavaca."
