At check in staff said elevators broken, its ok but carpets dirty, same inside room. Bathroom is in bad shape. No soap only 1-15ml shampoo.

The elevator is broken, the ice machine is broken, the washer/dryers are also broken. The room was dirty, bathroom was dirty. It didn’t have toilet paper. The phone in the room didn’t work to call the front desk.

Staff assigned me a room and when I went to the room and opened the door someone was already inside. Staff did not have the room I booked and the rooms they offered had no air conditioning. Staff are incompetent and your better off staying anywhere else.

The AC in our room was Borken so it was hot. Bathroom fan and light did not work so they had a lamp in the bathroom. Elevator was broken and pool was out of order

The property is very dated. The pool was dirty and disgusting not available to guest, the hot tub did not work at all. The elevator was broken. They placed me in the very back of the hotel, when I pulled around to park there were some shady characters in the parking lot. Scary for a single senior traveling alone. If you want your room cleaned you have to request it. The only thing I would rate above average was some of the housekeeping staff. They were very accommodating.

Or room was dirty. the microwave and fridge were not plugged in.... we had to move furniture to get it plugged in. the shower did not drain, it was clogged up. the AC did not work right, my husband had to clean the filter just to try and keep it on. IT WAS THE WORST HAMPTON INN WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT.

Elevator was broken. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and helpful but had worked over 24 hours, so was very tired. First room we went to hadn’t been cleaned.

The woman that was at the front desk was lovely and did her best to help me. However, the property itself is a complete mess. The main thing was that our AC was broken. So sleeping was absolutely miserable. This was a one of the handicapped rooms, which is really disturbing considering people that are using these rooms cannot sleep in a room that doesn’t have AC. Fortunately, the lady at the front desk did find a fan for us and we were able to put that in her room and then with Wedding our hair before going to sleep that helped us be able to sleep, but it was still miserable. The pool was broken while we were there. The wallpaper is peeling off of the walls. I would just I would never pay for the experience again. I wanna even let somebody pay me to go. Do that experience again. But on the positive side, the lady at the front desk was super helpful. (however the manager seemed not to care about the broken AC at all) and the continental breakfast was fine. Nothing great, but also not disappointing either.

The hotel is in bad condition everything needs to be clean. The swim pool was very dirty. Missing basic hotel essentials like shampoo and towels. The breakfast area also was dirty and needs more attention. Also most of the equipment was out of order like the washer and the elevator.

This by far was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I am in town due to a family member in hospice. Arrived at 4:00 and the room wasn't ready. When I came back around 8:00pm, I checked in and learned that the elevator had been out of order for over a week and the pool is filthy, hot tub had no water. Walked into the room and realized it was still dirty. There were dirty towels in the bathroom and no new towels. There were still opened drinks in the fridge. The desk hadn't been wiped down and there was a film all over the bathroom sink and shower. I went to the desk to ask for a new room. The clerk walked us up to the 3rd floor and made a mistake and entered an occupied room. Went to the room she meant to go to and it was also occupied. Finally, I asked for cleaning supplies to clean the room myself. The clerk gave me a Great Value watered down bleach bottle. I said I'd purchase my own supplies. Went to clean the bathroom and upon cleaning found pubic hair on the soap dish.ried to clean the tub and the water hardly drained. Microwave is unplugged, and the outlets by the bed do not work. Broken chair left in the room. When I spoke to the manager TJ, I let him know that I wanted a refund for my two nights. I told him I'd clean the room myself and he allowed me to do so. Today, I followed up with TJ. He said he'd do his best. Turns out his best was an insult. He said he would comp my room for a third night. He commented that I had received a great rate. And that I had choic

Apparent lightning incident caused loss of elevator and pool heater. Hallway was blocked off with fans and cords. Loss of power in our room, peeling paint. If we weren't desperate for a shower, we wouldn't have stayed.
