This is a beautiful cozy hotel located in the heart of Cholula. Teresa, the front office staff was extremely hospitable and kind. Our room was available before the time frameThis place has a beautiful view. We will definitely return.

Hotel was clean with ac/heater. Staff was helpful and restaurant had good options for meals. Location was a plus. Most areas were within walking distance. Felt safe with plenty of police around the zocalo. They had a Christmas market around the zocalo that will last until January 6

Very clean, spacious room. The only thing that was surprising was that there were no windows to the outside in almost all of the rooms in the hotel, except on the third floor - only a small window into the courtyard. But that also meant that the room was very quiet and dark for sleeping.

the hotel is in a good location, you can walk everywhere, the personal was nice and helpful, the rooms where ok, the problem with the rooms is that they don't have a windows and they are really small, also they have a problem with the hot water every time that I need to take a shower at night I need to call reception to help me with the water. the good thing is that when was time to leave they give me more change to stay more time because we need it

The WiFi and the air conditioning was great. The room and bathroom were small and a little rustic but for its location and price the it’s well worth the visit. Spanish is definitely the primary language but we were able to survive with their limited English skills.

Feedback

Before I book I checked some reviews which me feel secure about this hotel. I stayed 2 nights, the first night the room was very cold but the staff provide blankets which helped a lot The second night was better warmer than the first I don't know how. It's a new hotel so everything is new I like it They don't have their own car park but they have a partner where you can pay or parking on the streets but it's secure everything was fine. I consider they need to improve the view from the terrace is amazing. I enjoyed.
