Upon arrival the staff was very unwelcoming. I had 4 rooms altogether and their was an issue giving us access to the floors since they refuse to put us on the same floor after I told the lady I didn’t care to have a tub in my bathroom that I would rather just have a shower. I mention the holiday inn we had just left had done it and then she decided to do it. My elderly mother fell getting out of the tub and then only then I was able to get a different room. The tub is way higher then the usual ones we are use to here in USA.
Another big issue they did not let us use the table by the lobby to eat when there was no one there. They basically told our young kids to pack their McDonald’s and go eat in the room, that unless they were buying drinks at the bar or buying food from the restaurant we couldn’t use the table. The kids are 4 , 9, 13, 16 . Breakfast was another issue bad service, bad food and they had the audacity to ask for a tip after the food was cold, delayed the baby chair never brought.
You are better off staying down the road at the Holiday Inn Express IHG hotel.
Free breakfast, self service laundromat, and very accommodating staff all around.
