「The hotel has a tiny reception. When we arrived he told us there will be a wait time of 4 hours before getting a room. After I told him I’m ready to pay to get the room now, he made a room available within 20 min. The room while it was “cleaned” was not really clean as the hotel has issues of smell and humidity due tu the swimming pool inside the suite. The hotel reception behavior was pathetic!
