「大部分都OK,不満意的是房間沒有任何對房間設施跟飯店設施的簡介,最不滿意的是使用過的酒水杯並未清洗整理. 所以我覺得飯店的水準不到五星級！」

「Zimmer war sauber, das Bett war auch gut für mich leider ein bisschen zu weich, aber die Wände waren leider dreckig, Personal sehr nett und freundlich, Frühstück war sehr gut und große Auswahl das Abendessen war nicht schlecht weil immer das gleiche, Therme ist sauber dem Alter entsprechend leider keine massage Düsen an den Rändern, der außen Bereich ist auch sauber aber in der Umgebung verfallene Häuser werden leider nicht in Stand gehalten obwohl sie zur Geschichte des Ortes gehören 」

「Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt – wirklich top! Allerdings fehlten im Zimmer Zahnbürsten sowie Kinderbademäntel, was man in einem 5-Sterne-Haus eigentlich erwarten würde. Auch eine Flasche Wasser bei der Anreise wäre eine nette Aufmerksamkeit. Als kleinen Gedankenanstoß: Im Poolbereich wäre eine kleine Aufstellrutsche im Kinderbecken eine tolle Ergänzung – mit wenig Aufwand, aber großer Freude für die Kinder. 😊 Beim Frühstück wären moderne Optionen wie Porridge oder Bircher Müsli...

「Hotel added a hidden fee of 7.5 euro at the time of checkout calling it a "registration fee". This was nowhere mentioned at the time of booking the hotel. They could not even explain what this is about as I did not register for any other additional service. Very bad experience and leaves a bad mark on the customer with such hidden charges!!」

「The hotel didn’t quite meet our expectations. We didn’t get off to the best start as there was a storm so there was a power cut, which we know couldn’t be helped. There was no running water for the first evening which meant we couldn’t wash/shower before dinner, there was then still no hot water the next morning.
