Great hotel a little bit outside of Pucón - amazing view of the lake. With only a small number of rooms and the owners living on site, this has the intimacy of a B&B. Be aware the entrance to the hotel is easy to miss and it is a steel drive up to the property.

This family owned property is excellent, the great pyrennes dog meets you at the door, very friendly the family owners are friendly and professional, it’s a few miles outside Pucon and the driveway is steep, lake view fabulous, good breakfast, really enjoyed our stay

Spacious room, beautiful view of Lago Villarrica. Good breakfast, though a bit heavy on the carbs. Staff was helfpul, though most had limited English--Apple Translate definitely helped. Steep, long, narrow driveway from highway up to hotel was a little intimidating, but luckily we never encountered another vehicle on it. Very good value for the price.

Took a 3 week vacation around Chile and this was by far the best place we stayed. Very quiet, with a great view of the lake. Close to Pucon and all the actives. The owner were friendly and was able to do our laundry. Would highly recommend staying here. Thanks for making our family feel welcome.

CasaEstablo- room with a VIEW. Warm and welcoming.

The CasaEstablo was incredible. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. I cannot understate the view. It is jaw dropping. The grounds are picturesque and the staff are all welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. There is a great complimentary breakfast and the location is 10 minutes to the center of Pucón by car. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great large and clean room. Friendly and very accommodating staff. We had very nice and quiet 3nights and breakfasts. The only thing to know was that the hotel is located a bit out of Pucon and if you try to get to Pucon in the evening you will very possibly hit traffic at tge entrance of town. Except that, everything was great
