"Original room we were booked in was really unclean, I understand high tradesman traffic but no excuses when the price is high for a room that is dated, full of spiders 🕷️ and bugs 🐜! Hair in the beds that is not ours! Insulation and timber left in walkway to access room and poor presentation 😢 ..."
