"Beautifully manicured grounds on arrival. Easy parking outside our cottage. Good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water and nice toiletries. Well appointed kitchenette and we had to ask for just a couple of essential items. Nice balcony surrounded by trees. "The staff especially Stella,Deanna and Jason were great. The food was great however they kept running short on food items and liquor. It appears that this resort rations off food liquor and supplies based on the season and/or time of day(if they are about to close). This is not the staffs fault but they have to take the backlash from the guest. Our rooms were not cleaned everyday and not restocked appropriately. We requested toilet paper that took 45 minutes to get. We enjoyed our stay but i would not consider this a Luxury resort or nowhere near 5 or 4 stars more like 3.5 stars. This is a result of poor management. This was our first stay at a Royalton I expected more."
