「Good location near shopping mall and market. The room was spacious and comfortable but we needed to climb up the stairs with our heavy luggage. Dinner was delicious.」

Our room overlooked the parking lot with our window directly in front of a parked car We asked to be moved and got a room on the back side facing some greenery but had a passageway for staff hauling noisy laundry carts right outside the window. Hallway rugs are tired and worn. Atmosphere was institutional and soulless. Location is off a round about in the middle of nowhere with poor signage to find the property. 「We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. 」

「We booked a Premium room and we were really happy with it. Large spacious room with four poster style bed, large bathroom with freestanding bath. Classy contemporary decor, good tea/coffee amenities. We booked dinner outside in the garden, great food. Cooked breakfast was included with the room, cooked to order and piping hot. Would recommend and return.」
