"We really enjoyed our stay at PuLuong Luna! The staff was so kind and helpful. The resort manager Anh helped arrange a tour of the area and transportation back to Hanoi! The view from our room was simply stunning! Make sure to preorder dinner ahead of time so you don’t have to wait. We really loved the steamed fish in bamboo, had it two nights in a row! Highly recommend. "
"Such a lovely place with amazing views. A great pool and pool bar. Food at restaurant was good and the staff were so friendly and nice. We wanted to extend our stay, but the next day was booked. "Our accommodation was ok, although a bit tired. The breakfast choice was poor and all crockery was very grubby. The complex does not meet its potential, there is no socialising area i.e bar. The drinks available with dinner were water, canned beer or Coca Cola! Staff were nice. "
