"A l’arrivé, pas de code d’entrée ni la clé. On a du appelé plusieurs fois pour obtenir cela. 1/2h plus tard, rentée dans l’appart, surprise, le lieu n’était pas nettoyé. Il y a tu des traces de chips, poussière gris au sol, sous le lit.
J’ai immédiatement contacté, encore 1 fois, qu’il m’a dit que le lieu était nettoyé… Il ma dit qu’il nous envoie la femme de ménage lendemain mais jamais venue, on a jamais plus entendu!
Le lieu se trouve au centre de village mais le service est assez...

Propreté des lieux impeccable, propriétaires très gentils, chalet moderne et équipé, petit déjeuner copieux et varié, une place de parking par chambre pour se garer juste devant le chalet... Proche de Saint Jean de Sixt et de la Clusaz, sites de randonnée proches. Jacuzzi propre et entretenu avec vue sur les montagnes, sauna propre également et agréable. "Superbe hôtel où nous avons séjourné une semaine. La vue sur le Mont Blanc est incroyable et l’endroit est très calme.
La chambre était très confortable et d’une grande propreté, avec une literie vraiment excellente.
Le petit déjeuner face à la montagne est un moment incroyable. Il est très complet et les produits sont excellents.
Tout le personnel est très gentil et accueillant : on se sent comme à la maison.
Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine avec grand plaisir."
