This is a nice hotel if you want a larger suite and you like to have access to the Provo River trail. It is older and has some wear and tear, but I believe the price reflects that. Breakfast options are minimal. Overall, an affordable place to stay with river access.

Had an excellent stay. Spacious accessible room with all the amenities necessary. Great breakfast each morning (cereals/toast/waffles). Great location with restaurants galore in the area and a nice walking path along the Provo River directly behind the hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and hospitable.Would definitely stay here again.

It’s a place to crash for a night. Dirty walls, torn carpet, bathroom tp holder not even there (easy to replace), towels ripped. One of cheapest hotels and you definitely get what you pay for.
