"This was a reallly unique and beautiful stay. The estate is very remote but easily accessible by car, the staff were wonderful, the room and breakfast outstanding, as was the restaurant, and the natural pool was really refreshing and set in beautiful surroundings. The remoteness makes this place a little difficult to traverse without a car, but is absolutely worth it for a bucolic change of scenery."

"Absolutely the worst experience we ever had. No staff both in afternoon and in the evening, doors in front of hotel unlocked, and restaurant not opened and no one there even when hours posted otherwise. Room cards were on the counter with names and card numbers but no staff again. No lights in rooms or activity and overall a odd location. "Outstanding property in a beautiful setting, 10 minutes from the city center. The service prior to arrival and throughout our stay was excellent. The spa is relaxing and has many features to unwind after hiking. Excellent breakfast with attentive staff."

"The hotel was in a great spot to explore the Dolomites, without being too far from Cortina for food options. The views from the property were spectacular. The only negatives were the fact that our TV didn’t seem to connect to the Internet and that there it was very hot in the room (no AC) and we needed to have the window open, which exposed us to noise from the parking lot and TVs on in other rooms with the windows open too."

"Beautiful, nicely situated hotel. Staff was terrific. Especially the hard-working and friendly dining room and housekeeping personnel. I booked a single room and was shocked to find a twin bed built into the wall. Huge uncomfortable until staff provided a topper the next day. Still felt unbelievably small and Spartan, especially considering the price of the room No pool and the sauna was incredibly unimpressive. A sunken hot tub, plunge tub, green wet tile everywhere. Very closed in, dark and so unininviting I lasted only 10 minutes. Breakfast was only OK, and not near the choices and presentation I’ve found in almost every other four-star hotel I’ve stayed in. Except for my room, the hotel truly was beautiful and incredibly well located. And staff could not have been more helpful."
