"Entered the rooms same day as booked and had a horrible experience. The air conditions didnt work in the room and they changed the room and the same problem from room to room and it was dirty. Additional also had a problems. So when we decided to cancel there is a vision. The front desk person decided to be rude about it and send a nasty things. This is the person decided to be rude and obnoxious They seriously needs some customer service education Stay away from this place"

"The room was clean, some fixtures shows wear & tear."

"Our stay was Wonderful! We were here 6 nights and explored the surrounding area by train. The staff was excellent, friendly, and went above and beyond. Breakfast included was amazing...and we were treated like we were dining with friends. "

"The staff do an excellent job!"

"We had a wonderful holiday!"

"Hotel is situated in the best part of town. Handy for superb restaurants and bars and also close to some of the best attractions. The hotel is small and has few facilities, hence the price. My room was enormous and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast lady was outstanding. If you want just a small basic hotel, you won’t get better!"

"It was in a quiet location with clean room and a good breakfast. It only seems a bit old."
