"Ok for a hostel. The bed was creaky. Last minute changes due to water blockade etc. Check in was confusing as they didn't check which booking was cancelled. They were overbooked. "First of all, the website lies. The free breakfast sucked, literally just stale toast. You don’t get the welcome package the website details. Or a towel at all. They also didn’t keep track of what room people were staying in so when my group got there they put us in one room, then came in 5 minutes later and told us we had to move. We finally got situated into a room, and another group of girls told us their room had bed bugs. Luckily we didn’t see any in our room... but it was still really...

"My 10 year old grandson and I stayed in this hostel for two nights and while I had no idea what to expect, never having stayed in a hostel before, I was very happy with the hostel. Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room though a little musty when we first entered (we had the entire dorm having booked a "private room") with thick pillows!
