It was terrible and looked nothing like the pictures. I reminded me of a motel 6. I checked out 20 minutes after I checked in. I ended up booking a room at the Windsong.

There is nothing NEW about this property. It sits behind a dumpster so you can smell it and it’s an eye sore. There’s no restaurant on the property. It’s walking distance and near the main road. My shower door was missing. There were holes in the curtains. It was terrible. Expedia did not do their due diligence.
This will be your view.
This was here all day.

Stains on the door handle.

The location was great, easy access to beach and grocery store nearby, front staff were very helpful at all times, nice that they have the ice machine and towels, the only thing and i am not sure if it came from hotel room we came back with bed bug bites.

The shower head was something like a pool side wash off shower. That needs to be upgraded .Everything else was a plus!! The Jamaican young lady at the front desk was very vibrant her smiles lite the whole place up. I feel welcome. I will be back !!!

This hotel is very well located and the room we stayed in was updated and had nice patio furniture overlooking the pool. It is very conveniently located in the heart of the shopping/restaurant zone near the ritz Carlton. The only improvement I could suggest would be more lamps as lighting was somewhat dim with only the one light.

Prperty was worn out,screen door going out to the pool barley wooked. You have to ask for everything, the staff doesn't inform you of the amenities, ie they have bikes you can use, but they dont tell you that, the hive you a $10 per person voucher for breakfast at a local restaurant ( by the way that are vey good and close by.) You have to ask for that everyday, and the office doesn't open till 8am. The beach access is across the street and when you get to the beach the trash cans there where piled so high with trash it was overflowing all over the place. They dont have lotion, bodywash, they make your bed but don't change your sheets. Would not stay there again.

This is located in a fantastic location, in the heart of Grace Bay. This hotel offers a pool, and it's only a 3 minute walk to the beach. The hotel has its own designated area with lounge chairs on the beach. Anything you need is steps away. The staff are absolutely lovely, helpful and accommodating to any needs/requests. I only had one concern which was the cleanliness of the bathroom floor, definitely needed some more attention. I just took my damp towel and "mopped" the floor with it. Rooms are large, beds are comfy and every room has a balcony to enjoy. I cannot wait to return.

Excellent location. Very close to the beach 5 minutes walk. observations: 1. No elevator. Problem for the ones that bring more than a carry-on 2. need instructions to use the TV, specially if there are 2 remotes. 3. Need A little bit more attention when maintaining the room.
