普羅旺斯貝斯特韋斯特飯店住宿訂房

「到了晚上突然沒有冷氣,打電話給櫃檯人員,她只是叫我們"open window", 打開窗戶雖然涼爽,但有蚊蟲飛入房間且因飯店鄰近機場,飛機起降及往來車輛吵雜,雖其餘設施不錯,但因這點影響了我們對飯店的觀感.」

「after checked in, i found that the room was not cleaned at all. Then, front desk staff came & checked the status, and let me follow her to front desk again and re-assigned a new cleaned room, no formal apologies. 」

「I room is big enough with good lighting . The only thing can improve is there was some smell in toilet 」
