"Great stay as a stop along our trip. The pool wasn’t in working order which was disappointing. We had one issue with the shower but the manager Cindy was amazing. She came up to the room and fixed it herself. Great service! "
"This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Even though it had been there 10 years, it looked new and fresh. Very clean and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious with extra seating. The shower was huge. The area around the hotel is nice as well as there is a patio with a seating area and a fire pit. Complimentary cookies, coffee, tea and milk for my son. We were very impressed by The Garland Hotel and would definitely stay there again."
"The ONLY issue that I discovered was the trash can. Housekeeping said there should have been 2 and we looked everywhere, but only found one. I told housekeeping and she asked what room I was in. I told her 274. I guess it slipped her mind, because when we got back that night, it hadn’t been changed. We were in town for Inkcarceration. We checked in on Thursday and checked out on Monday. Would I stay here again? Absolutely yes! 👍"
"Room 20. Great Value. Pricing was perfect. My age - mid 60's.4 Stars as no motel is 5 stars. Basic motel to lay your head and get a hot shower if you don't plan to vacation at the motel - no bar, pool, spa, gym room, or breakfast. Older motel in a courtyard set up. Clean/neat room, AC, hot shower, comfortable bed, quiet. Had WiFi, a microwave, small fridge which I did not use. Very basic cable - don't expect a 600 channel variety. Did not require service so did not leave any rating, but check-in and out was friendly and easy. All your favorite fast foods/stores are nearby and Walmart is not far away. Nice old historic city if you do some sightseeing. Would stay here again."
"Family Reunion once a year for last 10 years. Quite location friendly staff, breakfast loçated in an area where anything you need is a easy drive. I have always had a great experience with booking and stay. Had a great time this year and I would recommend the services of Hotel.com and Quality Inn & Suites of Zanesville to anyone pasßing through or an extended stay."
