「While the assigned room was without AC, only one fan was provided. We requested an additional fan and was promised one. We never got it until the last night. Unfortunately the additional fan did not work. The windows couldn’t open so the air quality was horrible. Additionally, housekeeping was not available for our three day stay. Based on the above experience, we cannot recommend this property.」

「If you are staying here for one night, you will be fine! There is a bus that takes you to the airport so you don't have to waste a billion quid on a cab. There is a gas station with snacks and convenience items across the street. It is a convenient place to sleep if you have an early flight out of Gatwick, and the hotel manager is quite a cool dude. 」
