"Dated room and this is the same for most of the property. Location is convenient, near the airport, The breakfast options were limited. For a one night stay the property is tolerable but I would not stay there for more than one night."

"We love the easy proximity for bloc hotel. The idea is great but our room this time was quite grubby under the bed, where you are supposed to store your things - and the blind was damaged which meant that the light from the neon sign outside shone in all night. That being said, the staff were very quick to offer discounts for future trips, but it made an early flight slightly trickier through lack of sleep when it should have made it easier! That being said, it wouldn't put me off staying again, I'd just check these bits before settling in for the night."

"There was a problem with the lights in the room. They kept turning off while I was in the room. This became serious after dark. The front desk sent an engineer to sort out the issue with the movement detectors. However the problem continued and he had to make a second attempt which was successful, so I could have a bath at last before sleeping well"

"This was an awesome hotel for our quick two night stopover. The hotel was clean and staff were wonderful. The breakfast was worth every penny and fresh. "

"Stayed for 1 night. On arrival was greeted by having to shout to the reception staff as the function room was right next door with a wedding and loud music. States free breakfast on Expedia however, the hotel does not provide any breakfast. This was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel. Walked to the room through dated corridors up and down numerous steps. Corridors smelt "old" The room.....well where to start?....entry light to the room flickered on and off and if you wanted the main lights on this could not be turned off. Mould on the walls, mould around the windows, curtains thin, hanging off the rail and covered in paint, one plug socket a plug wouldn't go in fully and made an electrical fizz sound. Paint work shoddy and must have been completed by a child. The room sloped down. Bathroom.....loose sink, out of hand soap and the shower would not get warm even after playing with the controls for 10 minutes. On the plus side the kettle and WiFi worked. In need of a serious health and safety review and major update or just flattening."

"Plenty of parking, check in was swift and well organised. Staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast was ok, lots of people and staff struggled to keep up with demand. All in all, a good experience."

"The manor house and estate was spectacular. We were a little disappointed in that we booked to stay in this wonderful manor, but upon arrival we were told that our room was located in a small house on the property about 400yards from the manor house by the entrance gate. It was referred to at the "lodge" Reception staff were efficient, but not exactly friendly. The breakfast was exceptional."
