"Check in was fast and staff was helpful and spoke English. Rooms were clean with a big soaking tub ( especially after a long day of walking!) and had great amenities, including a public bath and self service laundry in the basement. Fantastic location in the middle of Ginza, close to 3 metro lines, walkable to shopping and food. Narita limousine bus drop on/off is across the street. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The options for food were amazing in. I was able to pick at least one item that I liked from each lunch and dinner. The staff was friendly and they were very clean."

"The location was very nice. Family Mart is in the building, different train stations were within 5 min walking distance, Tokyo station was less than 15 min. Hotel provided lots of snacks and drinks at various times, if you happen to be at the hotel during those times could give them a try. It was nice to have water bottles provided everyday for added convinence. The room was a decent size for Tokyo, making it easy to pack and have enough space to store luggage."

"The location is super convenient—just a short walk from the train station with plenty of shops around. But there's one thing that really needs to be improved: the washing machines. They only have two, and each wash takes a solid two hours. Plus, you can’t reserve them in advance. It’s such a hassle having to trek up to the second floor to see if one’s free. I tried to wash my clothes four times during my six-day stay but only managed to get one load done. I wasn’t lucky enough to wash again!"
