"Check in and check out were easy. The staff were helpful in assisting us with booking our luggage delivery to the airport at the end of our trip. Laundry was easy to do as we could see the status of all of the laundry machines and were able to do our laundry without waiting. Easy walkable distance from JR Shimbashi station, Ginza station, and Higashi-Ginza station and right next to the historic Ginza Lion Beer Hall and Ginza Six. Would definitely stay here again."
