「Watch for double charges on your card, no pool towels, unhelpful staff, and they say your feedback is important but good luck getting ahold of anyone.
Definitely don’t recommend for families, it’s unfortunate cause great location. Room was dirty and had toe nails next to the bed. A/c was loud and leaking. It’s overpriced and doesn’t feel safe. Poor lighting and intoxicated guests walking around with drinks. Never have I felt the need to leave a bad review on a hotel but they really missed the...

「Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The cafe for breakfast was delicious. We did not like that we had to drive to the locations of the hot tub/pool, we assumed it was connected to area rooms are located, but it’s not. 」
