"This is Not a 4star hotel!!!!!! No Bathroom amenities but a liquid soap to do all!! And the one in the shower didn’t even work! No boxes of tissues! Just Horrible, no bell service, had no Water for 4 hours!, Breakfast was subpar, would not recommend anyone to stay here!!! Staff also was no Friendly or helpful, no staff after 11pm"

"Convenient location next to train station (which in Europe can be a plus and minus), Less than 15 minute walk to anything worth seeing in Grosetto. Very friendly staff helped with early check in. Room is quite plain and could use some updating, but was clean. Bed a bit uneven. Good wifi and tv options. "

"It is impossible to describe this accomodation in one paragraph. It is truly heaven on earth! The manicured grounds, the olive groves, the vineyards and the pool are a sight to behold. It is quiet and serene making it a perfect location to truly relax and unwind which is what we were looking for. The staff are incredible and our breakfast was wonderful and their dinner options delicious! Our villa Garden Suite was so charming, spacious, clean and lovely! I travel a lot and this was one of my top accommodations I have ever stayed at! I would highly recommend!! 10000/10"

"Good location, close to the town and beaches. Cleaning wise was good but lacking customer service. If you are not italian they won’t even try to welcome you or offer information if you need it. Breakfast is very limited and repetitive , not much choice. Same pastries, cakes, fruits every day. I would stay maximum 2 days to enjoy the swimming pool but 1 week was way too long at this hotel."
