"The room itself was clean but the shears on the window were all ripped apart, there was only 1 face cloth and 1 hand towel for king size room. There is no elevator(that is stated in the description) but hard to get a heavy suitcases up. They write down all your personal information then put it in the computer and keep the written paper and when I asked to have it shredded the gentleman at the desk said he had to save it. The outside of the building has seen better days and very little parking."
