"Needs updating. Stayed in suite 101. Jacuzzi - Awesome, Bed - needs a new mattress, Rug - old and stale, Breakfast - no good (Would not even classify as continental. Cold cereal and coffee. We had to get breakfast after check out at a WaWa. Would stay again as a 3rd choice. "

"Only stayed because of a competition in the ballroom. Parking lot and elevators were an issue. The room was outdated and dirty. Beds were stained and uncomfortable. Restaurant was mediocre and expensive."

"The lobby smelled like cat urine as well as the main stairs The gentleman at the front desk didn’t disclose that the TV was out in the whole building they illegally charge you tax on your deposit and the taxes are not refunded I was placed on the second floor when my wife was visibly unable to walk stairs because she was on crutches when I asked for the accommodation I was refused the room was dirty with pet hair everywhere it was so bad that we did not even complete our stay even after being refused a refund . We stayed one night out of the four and left in the morning and will not be coming back to this establishment The problem is the owner and management and front desk housekeepers are nice but they are very limited in the ability to provide services because of management "

"We went up for quick overnite for concert at Count Basie . It was just a 15 minute walk. We had a nice lunch at the bar restaurant and went back for drinks after show. Food was good. The only thing I wished that I had booked a room with water view. There was also room service delivery for morning breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I just loved that the rooms had a Keurig and k cups in room. I plan on going back again:)"
