「The location is great. The check in staff was very kind and helpful. There were however several issues: no remote control for the TV in the room and when one was brought it didn’t work to turn the TV on or off only to change channels. Many items for breakfast were not available (coffee machine broken, no milk alternatives, out of black tea). Then there was a power outage and we had neither power nor water for more than 3 hours. When both were restored there was no warm water even after another...

「IHG hotels are always reliable, and this one was no exception. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything was clean and tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above. In addition, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.」

「Clean and friendly」

「Excellent amenities. Unfortunately not enough time to enjoy.」

「Great experience. Looking forward to visiting again next summer when the outdoor pool is open.」

「nice hotel」

「Hard to find, GPS would guide you through a jungle path, you need a Jeep to pass. No breakfast provided! If you come late in the evening, no body to ask, you need to read a note on their pub door to find out where the suites is and where everything is!」
