"Staff is always very helpful, we stay there every year after tourist season. very convenient location. The web site had it as pet friendly, staff was very helpful and friendly about this issue Next morning they told us that other 3 reservations had similar problems, web site had made mistake Still place is clean and love the ladies that take care of the front counter. Highly recommend this place for small confortable and convenient location. Very close to Aquarium, restaurants and shopping "

"Rented the king crab yurt. 1st time ever staying in a yurt and we had an awesome time. Very clean bathrooms/showers. Rained the whole time so we couldnt have a bon fire but we played cards in the yurt and had a blast. Thank you so much for the fun experience."

"We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very comfortable and clean. We didn’t have a car and the free shuttle doesn’t go out that far. So we had to use a taxi to go anywhere. "

"The lodge itself is very charming — the cabins have that cozy, rustic feel and the setting along the road to Exit Glacier is beautiful. It really feels like a peaceful getaway in the woods. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by how thin the walls are. We could hear absolutely everything going on in the cabin next door, and let’s just say it was not the kind of “wilderness sounds” we were hoping for. It made it very hard to get any sleep with all the noise and excitement coming through the walls. Overall, it’s a cute place in a great location, but soundproofing is a serious issue. Be prepared — you may end up hearing more than just the glacier river running by."
