「We checked in to the hotel late in the evening, shortly before the reception desk closed. Got to our room, unpacked, went into the bathroom and discovered that it smelled like a sewer with something big and rotten in it. Flushed toilet, ran faucet, nothing helped. We left early in the morning and went to a different hotel even though we had two days remaining on a non-refundable reservation.」

「Rafa and the staff of Pousada Angelim are warm, welcoming, and super hospitable, we adored them!!! The room was large and comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served on the balcony with a gorgeous view of the backyard. It can also get quite festive in the evening too, as the town's local soccer field is right next door and you can see some of the locals playing a game of soccer from your private balcony! The pousada is just a short walk from town centre with local...
