Apesar de o hotel ter uma bela fachada e um lobby bastante aconchegante, deixou a desejar nos quartos, que são bem simples. Amenidades de baixa qualidade e cama com baixa densidade são os principais pontos de atenção, na minha opinião.

Péssima escolha

O hotel vendeu um quarto para uma família (um casal com filho), opção selecionada no aplicativo, inclusive havendo cobrança extra pela criança. Ao chegar no estabelecimento, fui surpreso com a informação que o hotel não disponibiliza cama extra, e que a criança deveria dormir na cama de casal junto com os pais. Questionei o gerente sobre a situação, que me informou que essa era a política da rede e que ele nada poderia fazer. Mostrei a diferença de preço e expus o tamanho da cama, que mal conseguia acomodar 2 adultos. Posto isso, ele me disse que o interesse teria que ser meu, como pai, em ligar para o hotel antes. Ficamos sem hospedagem no final de semana que a cidade estava cheia. Atendimento péssimo, com regras confusas. Além de venda de um produto que não está sendo entregue.
