"We were not told our room was on the fourth floor, there is no elevator in the building. 45 very steep steps anytime we left or returned to our room. When we arrived bottle water was in our room but when we asked for another bottle the next morning we were told that was our responsibility. Maid service in our unit was fine but stairwells were dirty with washtubs with water set out for rinsing off your feet."
