Holiday Inn is usually my #1 choice during my frequent roadtrips but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing.
When I arrived in the evening for check-in, I found out the elevator was broken — a major issue that no one had the courtesy to mention in advance. I needed a room on the first floor due to this, but the receptionist, Randy, was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of trying to accommodate my needs or offering an explanation, he abruptly said he would cancel my booking without me even requesting it.
The receptionist also struggled to answer basic questions, took his time chatting while customers were waiting in line, and lacked basic customer service skills. This is not the level of service I have see on other hotel with the same brand.
I ended up having to find another hotel last minute — one that actually knows how to treat its customers.
I highly recommend avoiding this location and exploring other options in Price, UT.
