「How easy it is to create a positive customer experience by being pleasant and welcoming at check in!! Everything is a solid B as most highway motels are, But the staff are genuine and gracious. It takes this place to an A. It will be our choice next time passing thru.」

「Great for a quick stay on the road. If you're used to 3 or 4 star hotels, this may be different that what you're used to. The bed was clean and there were no weird smells. Door have no additional lock or anything so I used a chair. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had waffles, cereal, etc, no eggs or anything. Area was quiet enough. Would stay again if passing through. Again, may not be for everyone!」

「Ratchet af! Do not stay here! If you want a quiet night of sleep, you will not get it here! The walls are paper thin, neighbors are loud and train starts at 5am right across parking lot blaring its horn! Didn’t interact with staff much, but place is filthy and other sketch behavior in parking lot. I woke up to cops knocking on my neighbor’s door. The pictures are deceiving. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else!」

「This is not a 5 star hotel, but a place with clean, comfortable beds, working A/C and what I needed most after driving 8 hours--indoor pool. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I'd stay there again. Price was right.」
