Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The property was very accommodating and interesting. We stayed in one of the water-less cabins. While the accommodations were small, and a little sketchy from the outside, the bed was clean, the room was clean and warm. Definitely worth the stay! Staff was very helpful and I would recommend staying there again!
I really enjoyed staying here. The room was excellent, with a large, jetted tub. The hot spring tubs were amazing. Such warm, clean water! With no sulfur smell! The staff was very friendly, and there were some limited food options available.
Had a really enjoyable time. We will be going back. It is kinda run down and old and probably not the cleanest, but it was a lot of fun and the kids loved it. Our faucet in our room wouldn’t stay on long at all. Not great options for drinking water. They supplied a few bottles of water, but those were gone in the first day. I would recommend taking a case of water. The floors weren’t super clean either. Staff was great. Super fun place, just don’t expect a super clean bougie environment and you’ll have a great time.
Our room was very clean and modern. The kids loved the water slides and the hot spring. Good price for what you get. I needed to be in Preston for work and this was a great get away for a few days for the kids and hubby.
The bed was great. The shower/tub was 2 ft off the ground to get into. No step or step stool. Difficult for older patrons. The shower curtain was old and didn't close. There is no elevator so outside metal stairs were the only access to 2nd floor rooms.
Ours was a quick overnight stay. It was dark when we arrived and dark when we left. We enjoyed a soak in the hot springs, and had everything we needed to prepare for our next day's activities. I think this would be a great place to bring the grandkids back to.
We got in late and after getting in the room had a pleasant night and left early the next morning without any issues. Nice place in a location that fits travel to Afton Wyoming well.
Room was spotless and bed very comfortable. Easy check-in. Loved the jetted tub in the room. Enjoyed spending the evening in the hot pool and therapeutic pool
The cabin floor got dusty/dirty from walking back and forth. I wished I had a broom to sweep the floor. Very comfortable bed, great TV, microwave and mini fridge.
My cabin was super clean.
The AC worked amazing.
The staff was very helpful
I wish I was staying longer then just to sleep because the pool and slides looked amazing.
