"I had a very good surprise!! The hotel is completely refurbished, all the rooms and stairs were renovated and are very clean and comfortable!!! The decorations in the hotel also make it as very nice experience in middle of Nature. The staff is very friendly and helpful, no costs for the parking place and the breakfast is delicious!!! The only negative point is the shower, the water get hot and cold all the time, difficult to get a comfortable adjust. But I really recommend the place."

"A place to feel at home! The breakfast is extraordinary with a huge variety and very friendly staff. We liked the possibility to sit and have a coffee or cocktail around the bar area with comfortable sofas and daylight. You should try the homemade "Waldschlösschen" cake! Delicious! We will definitely stay at the Parkhotel again, when we are around next time."

"OK 3 star hotel. A bit old fashioned but it was clean and functional. Food in the restaurant was more quantity than quality, but it was ok. Internet was very slow with 4.5 Mbit/s download and 0.9 Mbit/s upload! Nice and friendly staff"

"Die Unterkunft wäre für unseren zweck ausreichend gewesen. Aber leider mussten wir feststellen, dass die Rollläden nicht funktionierten und die sauberkeit nur am Boden festzustellen war. An der Decke im Bad und im Schlafbereich waren leider lauter Spinnweben. Davon waren wir weniger begeistert. De Eingangsbereich zum Gebeude lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Auch in Sachen Sicherheit."

"Der Einstieg auf die Skipiste ist direkt vor der Tür. Das ist supercool. Der Raum zum Trocknen für das Equipment ist im Preis enthalten und frei zugänglich. Die Zimmer sind klein, sehr sauber und hübsch zurechtgemacht. Das Personal war an allen Ecken sehr freundlich, höflich und zu vorkommend. Alle Fragen wurden höflich beantwortet. Keiner wirkte genervt. Das war schön das so wahrzunehmen. Noch ein wichtiger Punkt. Wir waren diesmal ohne Kinder. Und selbst bei wirklich vollem Haus mit den...
