This was our second time staying at this hotel while in town visiting my wife’s family. Very friendly staff. Easy and quick check in and check out. Clean. Comfortable. No complaints.

Gosto muito do hotel. Já me hospedei várias vezes nessa unidade, mas desta vez, peguei um apartamento que ficava abaixo de outro apartamento que tinha um cachorro e ele ficava latindo de noite. Seria interessante isolar hóspedes com animais, para não incomodar os vizinhos.

Minha estadia foi boa, o hotel é limpo e organizado. Só tive uma situação um pouco desconfortável com um dos atendentes da noite — durante o check-in, ele não foi muito simpático, e em outra ocasião também parecia estar de mau humor. Após a meia-noite, por segurança, uma das portas de entrada só pode ser aberta manualmente por ele, e a falta de cordialidade nesses momentos acabou deixando a situação um pouco desconfortável. No geral, porém, a experiência foi positiva.

Boa estadia

Foi uma boa estadia mas tivemos problemas com a fechadura. A princípio achávamos que era o cartão de acesso, mas depois de chamar o recepcionista, verificou-se que era problema na fechadura. Ele conseguiu abrir com um aparelho, mas no dia seguinte tivemos o mesmo problema. Achei muito bom o café da manhã. Tinha um bolo sem glúten e lactose que gostei bastante.

Atendimento muito bom, fácil fazer check in e checkout, estrutura boa, bem limpo e bem localizado. Duas ressalvas: o chuveiro que fica no centro do teto do box e com esguichos irregularidades acaba que não conseguimos não deixar a cabeça debaixo da água e a TV pequena e não é smartv.

Hotel bem limpo, o unico defeito ficou no box do banheiro que estava com o vidro solto com isso molhava bastante o chão. Outro fator ruim é que o chuveiro fica no teto com isso para as mulheres que querem tomar banho sem molhar o cabelo não conseguem.
