The location was still good for a Saturday stay with a lower rate b/c subway stations are close by as is Pier 11 to get over to DUMBO quickly. The neighborhood wasn’t a ghost-town even a good bit after midnight. Room was clean and nice.

"Right in the heart of the old section of Cottbus. Perfect location. Staff was helpful and breakfast was excellent. Self service laundry worked out well, and everything functioned as expected. Our room was on Floor 3 (the Fourth Floor in Europe) and the roof of part of the hotel was below our window. ..."
