「This place was in need of many improvements. Our room was dingy and dark. The bathroom fixture had three different colored lights; one white one off white and one that blinked on and off. The mattress was concave and should have been replaced long ago. The pillows, hard as a rock. For the price we paid, this hotel should have paid more attention to detail. 」

「They put us in a room with a bathroom that was specifically for handicap guests. When we arrived, the bathroom floor was covered in hair and the room was dirty and dusty. I let the staff know that the floor was gross and dirty and I asked that they take some money off of my room however I am not sure if they did. The shower in the bathroom wasn’t sealed properly therefore it leaked all over the bathroom floor, causing slippery dangerous conditions. I finally asked to be moved to a different room...
