「The price for the room was excellent. The check in was a breeze. The staff was accommodating. The room was small but comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that dinner was available and it was delicious. I had never stayed at a Microtel before. I will be back!」

「The room was clean. Desk attendant was wonderful. The breakfast was lacking. It was out of waffle batter (only 5 people in the dining room the entire time we were there), out of syrup, a machine wasn't working, the orange juice was so watered down with water that it barely tasted like orange at all. One of the patrons had to go out and find the attendant twice to get the batter & syrup filled.」

「The pillow cases were dirty, we found bugs in the room, and the staff was very rude and not helpful.」

「Staff was extremely nice and professional; however, our room was not great! The beds were very comfortable; there was no shower curtain, there were no hand towels, only two bath towels and one washcloth. The biggest issue was that one light switch controlled everything except the refrigerator and microwave. We had to sleep with the lights on, because when you turned it off, it also turned off the TV and all of the outlets. In other words, we could not charge any phones.」
