Nice overall hotel, unfortunateky restaurant for dinner was not yet open so couldnt try. Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and modern. Spa and saunas only opens from 4pm, wpuld have loved to use in the morning also but unfortunately only opens in afternoon. Breakfast was excellent!

The balcony was so peaceful and beautiful but we only sat outside early mornings or late evenings...which was ruined by the heavy smokers below us. 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 nights was ridiculous. We fell in love with the place. The balcony over looking lake como is perfect. The indoor pool is awesome too. It is indoor at the same time you can still see the beautiful mountain of lake como. We may come back to this place if we are going back to lake como.
