The front desk, jumped into action, called other hotels in the area, to try to help resolve the issue. Our stay ended up being perfect! The rooms were comfy & clean! "The front desk was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's an older motel but efforts have been made to keep it well worth the low price. This was graduation weekend at the University of Arkansas, and every other hotel/motel in town had quadrupled, or even more, their rates. My thanks to the owners! The Best Western in town had canceled my reservation made in March, but agreed to reinstate it at FIVE TIMES my original reservation!!"
